In 1960, Stravers Luxe Schoenen opened its shop in the heart of Amsterdam. Since 2001, we have gone online with the webshop. Stravers has a unique collection of luxury shoes in small and large sizes for men and women. Amaze yourself with the ever-changing range of self-designed collections. Shipping costs (EXPRESS delivery)

Shipping costs are per pair of shoes. So for 2 pairs of shoes, the amount below will be charged times 2. We are not responsible for customs clearance in your country



You can also order online and pick up the shoes in Heiloo (the Netherlands) without extra costs. In that case you'll have to pick up the shoes between 8 days (in case you want the possibility to change them)

Shipping costs (Normal delivery)

Shipping costs are per order, regardless the number of shoes you order. So the shipping costs for 3 pairs are the same as for 1 pair of shoes. We are not responsible for customs clearance in your country






Sizes

Return or change shoes

If the shoes don’t fit or are not what you like? You can exchange or return the shoes within 14 days of receipt. You must initially pay the shipping costs to the Netherlands yourself. If you wish to exchange, we will send the new shoes without shipping costs but with the regular shipping method (not with express).

Customers from outside the EU:

Please note! Returning and/or exchanging shoes is certainly possible, but only if contact has been made in advance by e-mail ( info@stravers.shoes ). We will then send you instructions by email to prevent something going wrong at customs and unnecessary additional customs clearance costs having to be paid. Standard customs handling costs are €6 per box, we will advance these costs, but must be paid by you. If there has been no contact in advance and/or you do not follow the instructions, we are not liable for any additional customs clearance costs and we will therefore have to charge you for these.

Money Back?

If the shoes are returned and you want a refund, we will refund the full amount (price of the shoes + outward shipping costs - customs return handling costs) to you if we have received the shoes in good condition.

Exchanging shoes?

If you wish to exchange the shoes, we will send the new shoes without shipping costs. We will ask you to pay an additional customs clearance fee which we have paid to acquire them (€6 per box) before we send the new pair to you.


Customers from inside the EU:

Exchange shoes:

The shoes must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition in which we sent them. Send the shoes in the shoe box together with (a copy of) the receipt and pack the box in a similar way as you received them (see example in the image above). Upon receipt of the shoes by us, we will check the condition. If everything is OK we will send you the new shoes. Please leave a note in the box with your requirements so that when we receive them we know immediately what we can do and the request will be processed as soon as possible. The price difference will be refunded or charged extra.

Return shoes:

In case you want to return the shoes we will refund the purchase price and any shipping costs - which you have paid to us. The shoes must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition in which we sent them. Please send the shoes in the shoe box with (a copy of) the receipt and pack the box in a similar way as we sent it (see example in the image above). We will refund within 14 days of receiving the shoes. Please note: do not stick tape on the shoe box otherwise it will be damaged when removed and we will be forced to replace it, for which we will charge €10 due to wastage and administration costs.
