In 1960, Stravers Luxe Schoenen opened its shop in the heart of Amsterdam. Since 2001, we have gone online with the webshop. Shipping costs are per pair of shoes. So for 2 pairs of shoes, the amount below will be charged times 2. We are not responsible for customs clearance in your country
You can also order online and pick up the shoes in Heiloo (the Netherlands) without extra costs. In that case you'll have to pick up the shoes between 8 days (in case you want the possibility to change them)
Shipping costs are per order, regardless the number of shoes you order. So the shipping costs for 3 pairs are the same as for 1 pair of shoes. We are not responsible for customs clearance in your country
If an item ordered online does not meet expectations, it can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Only undamaged and unworn shoes will be accepted.
Due to the closure of our webshop, we can no longer process returns and exchanges after December 24, 2025.
Return the shoes in the original shoe box, together with (a copy of) the purchase receipt.
Please package the shoe box in a similar way as you received it (see example in the image above).
Important: do not apply tape directly to the shoe box. Damage caused by removing tape will result in a €10 charge for replacement of the box due to waste and administrative costs.
A return shipment can be handed in at any parcel point, or—by appointment—in the showroom.
A shipping receipt will be provided when the package is dropped off. Keep this safe, as it may be requested if there are questions about the return.
The costs and risk of a return shipment are at your own expense.
After the returned shoes have been received and checked, the purchase price will be refunded as quickly as possible via Worldline, to the bank account, credit card, or PayPal account used for the purchase.
Damaged items will only be accepted for return in consultation, possibly with a reasonable deduction for compensation.
Exchange:
For exchanges, new shoes will be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.
In this case, please include a note in the box with the desired action. The request will be processed as soon as possible after the return is received.
Any price difference will be refunded or charged.
Within the EU
From October 31st we will only ship within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Outside the EU:
For returns outside the European Union, it is important that items are shipped correctly. More information about this can be obtained via email after contacting us.
Returns are always at the customer’s own expense.
Important! From September 1st, due to sale prices and the high costs, we will no longer reimburse shipping costs outside the EU for outgoing or return shipments. This also applies to exchanges or returns.
