Convenience of online shopping

In 1960, Stravers Luxe Schoenen opened its shop in the heart of Amsterdam. Since 2001, we have gone online with the webshop. Stravers has a unique collection of luxury shoes in small and large sizes for men and women. Amaze yourself with the ever-changing range of self-designed collections. Make a choice in the menu and immediately see what is in stock in your size.



Shipping costs (EXPRESS delivery)

Shipping costs are per pair of shoes. So for 2 pairs of shoes, the amount below will be charged times 2. We are not responsible for customs clearance in your country



You can also order online and pick up the shoes in Heiloo (the Netherlands) without extra costs. In that case you'll have to pick up the shoes between 8 days (in case you want the possibility to change them)

Shipping costs (Normal delivery)

Shipping costs are per order, regardless the number of shoes you order. So the shipping costs for 3 pairs are the same as for 1 pair of shoes. We are not responsible for customs clearance in your country






Sizes

Returns or Exchanges

If an item ordered online does not meet expectations, it can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Only undamaged and unworn shoes will be accepted.

Please return the shoes in the original shoebox, together with (a copy of) the purchase receipt.
Pack the shoebox in a similar way to how it was received (see the example in the image above).

Important:do not apply tape directly to the shoebox. If tape causes damage when removed, the box will need to be replaced, and a €10 fee will be charged to cover waste and administrative costs.


Within the EU

Returns can be dropped off at any parcel drop-off point or, by appointment, at our showroom.
A shipping receipt will be provided upon drop-off—please keep this safe, as it may be requested in case of questions about the return shipment.

The cost and risk of returning items are the responsibility of the sender.

Once the returned shoes have been received and inspected, any amount due will be refunded as soon as possible via Worldline, using the same bank account, credit card, or PayPal account used for the original payment.

Damaged items will only be accepted after consultation and may be subject to a reasonable deduction for depreciation.

Exchanges:
To receive a different model or size, a new order can be placed via the website.


Returns from Outside the EU

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
For returns from outside the European Union, customs clearance fees are usually applied.
These fees will be covered by us, provided that prior contact has been made via info@stravers.shoes.

Clear instructions will then be sent by email to help avoid unnecessary costs or customs issues.
It is essential that these instructions are followed.

If no prior contact is made and/or the instructions are not followed, additional customs fees may be charged.
In such cases, these costs will be passed on to the sender.

Exchanges:
To receive a different model or size, a new order can be placed via the website.
