I needed a cream court shoe with a square toe and a mid heel in a size 43 and found these which fitted the bill perfectly. I worried about ordering them from the Netherlands but my worries were unfounded. After trying several other online stores in the UK and not being happy with my purchases I took the plunge and apart from a short period when the shoes arrived in the UK and the tracking number changed over the process was very efficient. I contacted Customer Services as the original tracking number wasn’t working and the speedy response I received put my mind at ease that if for some reason the shoes did not arrive then it would be rectified swiftly. The shoes are almost perfect (slightly wider than I need in one place but hopefully I can fix that with an insole) for my daughter’s wedding. Thank you Stravers for selling a classic cream court shoe in lovely leather in my size. They finish off a wonderful Mother of the Bride outfit. I can’t wait for the wedding.

Shoes are fairly priced and well made. My issue is i didn’t much update on shipping. I order more than a week aho now and i am still not sure if it was shipped. I have yet to wait. Also the website needs to have an account profile so orders can be tracked properly.

I usually wear 37 and with stravers loafer 37 is not staying in my feet.

I have very small sized feet (EU size 34/35), and there are literally zero options of well made, leather shoes for women with small feet in Sydney, Australia. Believe it or not, I am constantly told to shop in the children's shoe department by sales staff. This is all well and good when needing runners or flip flops. Not so good when I need heels for a wedding outfit. Stravers Luxury Shoes have made my life so much easier. I have ordered shoes from Stravers twice, 1 still pending delivery. The first shoes were great but there were Communicatons issues RE delivery to the point where the shoes went back to Stravers and then were re-sent. My current order is looking similar, I have had no updates on shipping, despite asking twice. Other on-line shopping sites have links to track the shipping etc, Stravers provide no follow up links at all.

Frist time purchaser and was not totally sure to purchase online, normally shop High St but struggled to get size and choice on quality shoes. Should not have worried. Shoes are fantastic quality and fit perfectly. Size 39. Great process from purchase to delivery. Certainly will purchase again.

As a trans guy, up until I discovered Stravers I thought I had to choose between butch women's shoes, or poor quality boy's shoes made for children. Last week I received a pair of high quality men's shoes in a size that fits. I feel like a million bucks.

I love Stravers luxury shoes, however the shipping company they partner with is not good enough for the nice products of Stravers. When I ordered my shoes on the Stravers website I inputted my apartment unit # for the mailing address. Unfortunately the shipping company that Stravers partners with did not take the time to include my apartment unit # on the shipping label so the postal service was unable to deliver my package. I ended up having to go to the post office myself and get my package from them. I love Stravers shoes but am very dissatisfied by this experience, especially given the cost I paid for shipment to the United States

The shoes are terrific and I’d like to buy again, but I’ve since sent back some returns and even wrote to the info email notifying of this and haven’t heard anything back. Not an acknowledgment or reply. I’m still waiting to hear back from someone about the refund and new purchase. Very poor.

I am very pleased with my experience from Stavers. My son has Down syndrome, and has very small feet for his age. He needed a pair of dress shoes for his upcoming prom. I searched online extensively, and found Stavers. When given his feet measurements, they didn’t have wide enough shoes for him. I continued my search to no avail. I decided to order from Stavers and try will try to stretch them over a couple of months. It’s a small investment, but the shoes are beautiful! The first pair of all leather (including soles) shoes that I found in size 36; I am thrilled with them! Thank you Stavers!!!!

Geweldig dat jullie schoenen met bijzondere maten zelf maken. Ik denk dat hier veel vraag naar is. Het zou mooi zijn als jullie konden uitbreiden, bijvoorbeeld met een fysieke vestiging in Den Haag. Ik denk dat als meer mensen bekend raken met jullie diensten en diens hoge kwaliteit, er nog meer valt te behalen! Tegelijkertijd hoeft meer ook niet per se beter te zijn. I am very happy to have found Stravers that sells my size, which is very small annd normally not available in shoe stores.

I got couple of shoes from them before with no problem but I recently purchased another pair but when the package came, they are not the shoes I ordered, luckily it is in my size. It's going to cost me more if I send it back for exchange so I decided to keep it, although I felt a bit disappointed. Hopefully they will not repeat the same mistake because I'm planning to get the shoes that I actually want in the future.

As a man with very small feet (eu 36), stavers is literally the only place in Europe where I can buy QUALITY premium formal shoes. The shoes are of the highest quality and always fit perfectly. This is my 5th pair now and I only wish they did more double mink strap strap formal styles.

Shoes were just as I imagined

I like Stravers shoes, as a woman with a small size 34 it’s always difficult to find stylish shoes which fit me. So Stravers is a good choice the only issue i have with them is that it’s always different fitting. Sometimes i need size 33 with them and sometimes 34 and sometimes even 34 fit too big like size 35. But their quality is great!

I'm sure the shoes will be nice once I receive them, but I have no tracking number from the United States Postal Service, and the tracking number you gave me from the post in Europe only shows that it was shipped to America. I haven't received my shoes yet, and I have no clue when I will receive them, but I will check the mail room in my apartment a few times a week until they arrive. It has been a few days since I have checked, so who knows!? They may just be there. I will check again when I get home.

One shoe arrived with a scratched heel, which is annoying considering the price of the shoes. I paid for an expensive express delivery but the shoes arrived late. However, the shoes are really nice and the guidelines to choose the size was very useful. I am happy overall.

I bought a pair of black leather wingtips from Stravers in EU size 37, as I have small feet and typically cannot find men's shoes that fit. Although I live in the U.S., shipping from the Netherlands was fast (<2 weeks). The quality of the shoes is excellent, and the size fit perfectly. They're super comfortable; worth every cent. I ordered a second pair in a larger size just in case, and returning them was also very straightforward and I was refunded <10 days later. Overall I strongly recommend Stravers for people who struggle to find certain shoe sizes, and I personally plan on ordering a second pair soon.

I bought a size 33 sandal. I will keep them. Problem is people with small feet do not necessarily have narrow feet. I will have to enlarge them. I wish you had more choice in shoes that are not boots or flats nor high heels. 2 to 3.5 cms . But modern at the same time. I will keep your site checked to see what comes. Thank you.

I asked customer service for advice on which boots to fit me, they replied early the next working day, their advice was excellent. The delivery by post was fast and discrete. The product exactly what I asked for.

I ordered a size 35 but the moment I took the shoes out of the box I could see that they were going to be too big. They were more like a size 36 or even a 36.5. I was extremely disappointed with the large size as I haven't encountered a size 35 coming up this large before. I tried putting insoles to improve the fit as I didn't want to go to the trouble of returning them. If I had ordered a size 34 they would have been fine. Unfortunately the shoes have quite a shallow upper and as a result I felt as though my foot was pushed too far vertically upwards (if that makes any sense). I can probably wear them with the insoles but it is feels as though my foot will come out at any moment which doesn't make for a very comfortable experience. I had purchased these for work due to the heel height of 6cm which works out just right for my feet, but they are unlikely to be worn very much, if at all.

I highly recommend a visit to the store in Amsterdam for a first class shopping experience. The sales ladies are very helpful with styles and sizing. You are guaranteed to leave with a stylish comfy pair of shoes. Since my store visit I have bought several more pairs of high heels, sneakers and ankle boots on line. Over seas delivery has always been a few days no problems to date. sizing- I find I am one size bigger in ankle boots than pumps or high heels. Great store for larger sizes.

I bought my shoes through your website. My shoes were delivered within a reasonable window and they are smashing. Perfect for wearing with trousers and casual dress. I had to buy a 34 as you do not do half sizes, I would normally buy 34.5. This was a bit disappointing. I have therefore had to do some stretching to make them comfortable. I imagine a 35 would be too big? I would welcome your advice about sizing for next time as I am sure I will be placing further orders with you, as it is very difficult to find high-quality, small shoes. This lack of size choice lost you a star!

I was looking for high heeled boots in a large size, but ended up buying some blue Chelsea boots. Very luxurious and an essential day to day show. Because of the sizing I will one day visit the store in Amsterdam.

The shoes are incredible - super soft leather and no break-in pain at all. I get so many compliments about how great they look as well. One thing, though - I paid for Express shipping to the U.S., but the shoes got delayed in customs so they arrived about a week late. This, of course, is not the company's fault, but something worth taking into account as a possibility if shipping internationally. The shoe design looks perfect. However, it is really stiff and hurts the toes when wearing. I suppose it's worth the extra 100 to go from full grain leather to calf skin? Or perhaps the full grain leather they use is not high quality. Furthermore, the pair I got appeared either used, or was a display pair--there were clear creases where the toes bend. I emailed their customer service about it but never got a response. I feel this is a little unfair as I should have been told or warned that this was a used pair / offered a lower price.

The leather seems to be good quality, it seems to be strong and constructed well.

The one shoe was a different hue to the other, it got worse after the first polish as well, a lot of the burgundy shade came off, but only on one shoe for some reason. That one shoe was also laced differently, seems to be an odd pair. The shoes also left made marks on the wooden floor I walked on after I first tried them on, after a week, a brown colour still is coming off the bottom of the shoes, I've never seen that in a dress shoe and as a result would not want to purchase more shoes.

Nothing. I ordered a pair of shoes on 21st June and a credit card payment was taken. On 25th June an empty shoe box was delivered to my address (no signature for delivery was required). This was substantially wrapped in transparent tape over the brown paper wrapping. Despite messages and some lengthy correspondence from me with photographs of the packaging, and a telephone call to Stravers so called "customer service", after 2 weeks I have received no constructive responses. Their only suggestions have been that I must have received the shoes and be lying about this, and they reject any responsibility for the delivery by their couriers, contrary to the EU Directive on Consumer Rights 2011.

Some attempt at customer service, and acceptance of the clear legal liability for safe delivery. Courteous and constructive responses to a clear problem, rather than behaving like a scam operation.

Once an order is confirmed buyer has no way of checking that the shoes are on the way or will be delivered. Some sort of ability to track order will be good
